I stand corrected. Haven’t checked on it in a while. Zillow now has it at $305,000. 1636 SF 3br 2 bath on a small lot. Outrageous! And that’s South Austin...a long way from the high tech area.
Still a pittance in Silicon Valley, Boston, NYC, etc.
We bought our second house in Lake Jackson Texas for $126K and sold it for 3 times that last year.
$305,000.00 is a tad less than I paid for my 2/2 condo in an apartment building. 1100 square feet.
