He’s no neoconservative. Neoconservatives would not refer to Blackwater contractors as “thugs,” they would say “contractors.”
A left-leaning antiwar Libertarian might use the word “thugs” but I think he’s most likely an international socialist- they most certainly would call US vets working for Eric Prince “thugs.” Or he could be an Putin puppet who’s just been trying to hide it.
