Indeed.

However, it's a mono ethnic culture that's obsessed with being humble, polite and respectful.

There's a reason there were far fewer "mass shootings" here, 50+ years ago.

Our society has decayed in several ways thanks in part to music / movies / pop culture that glorifies violence and epidemic disrespect for authority (i.e. parents / teachers / law enforcement).
