WASHINGTON, D.C. – A D.C. councilman issued an apology Sunday night for making anti-Semitic comments.

Ward 8 council member Trayvon White Sr. posted a video to Facebook Friday morning when it was snowing in D.C. and talked about an anti-Semitic conspiracy theory.
