Never talk with Lawyers when you are discussing Engineering problems.
Talk with Engineers who are trained to solve unsolvable problems.
Lawyers CREATE problems.
Trump never mentions McConnell being against the wall, so I agree with Ann on this.
A lawyer’s answer to “Should we ...” or “Could we...” or “Can we...” will always be “No.”
Anything you do creates liability and risk and the lawyer will most likely advise against it.
Don’t talk to the lawyer until the thing is done. Or, if you must, you should say “What sort of risks and liabilities will ‘X’ create when we do it?” Don’t actually ask his advice on whether or not it should be done.

I have met a number of Dr's that are gear heads and it fills their soul to tinker, I don't think I have ever met a lawyer who could sharpen a ******* pencil.
Back to the Dr's tinkering and by extension Ann. You are right engineers whether it is bridges, roads, aircraft, cars, etc etc have to design, test, and prototype to prevent failure or their name and liability is all over it.
Where as Govt can design systems ( Obamacare ) that are failures and they bandaid it, pontificate, and lie and tell us it is chicken salad when it it really chicken $h!+. And they never change that cultural behavior, and PDJT is the 1st to actually try to make it happen a system that works via prototype and a selection process by sending out to the building community a request for proposals to meet said criteria. The fact that she doesn't get it with her intellect? That is scary.
