I’m a 4th generation Swede. I grew up near Iron River, on the east side of Ottawa National Forest. Mont Ripley is one of my favorite ski hills.
We are dying to find pasties made in MI. Here in Minneapolis you can buy WI pasties, but they aren’t as good. We stop in Iron River on the way to Hancock. Bruce Crossing is a highlight of the trip.
