Back in the nineties, SEPTA (Philadelphia’s bus lines and regional rails) went on strike. Shoplifting at surrounding suburban malls dropped like a rock in during those weeks. King of Prussia mall alone reported more than a 70% drop in retail thefts.

I myself make it a point to never go to a movie theatre that can be gotten to by public transportation.

I think they should start gathering statistics on these suspensions based on the way they dress and tattoos and see what that reveals.

With an average IQ of 85 I can imagine it is frustrating for a black kid to see other people being able to easily read and understand normal class assignments while he cannot comprehend the simplest of instruction, I could see him striking out and disrupting classes. Not to excuse it but I can understand. Perhaps mainstream classes are not for these kids and they can be taught in other ways. Just thinking because I know that the powers in charge will never admit there is a difference in intelligence.
