6.5 hours of sleep sound wonderful.
Usually 5 for me and a nap in the afternoon.
Usually get 4-5 hrs. and I’m not a napper, just drag myself around later in the day till I can’t stay up any longer.
Used to try to explain to my dad when he would complain about not sleeping long, studies say that the elderly don’t need as much sleep.
Now that I’m THAT elderly I strongly disagree with that study. LOL
