IMHO Trump is very determined to HAVE that wall and I have faith he will GET the money in time.
Have to start somewhere, build a bit at a time.
The congress critters are not STUPID, tho they do act that way, and are going to use bits and pieces of the wall as a bargaining chip in future $$ negotiations, as I see it.
I wonder if it’s possible for the President to demand now that he wants a budget to review in September .... because he’s not signing another omnibus bill.
