STATEMENT BY FORMER IG MICHAEL R. BROMWICH

I have been involved in Department of Justice (DOJ) and Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) disciplinary matters since 1994. I have never before seen the type of rush to judgment – and rush to summary punishment – that we have witnessed in this case. The result of this deplorable rush to judgment is to terminate Mr. McCabe before his long-anticipated retirement and deny him of the full pension and retirement benefits he would have otherwise earned through his 21 years of devoted service to the FBI and this country. This is simply not the way such matters are generally handled in the DOJ or the FBI.

It is deeply disturbing.

"The FBI has outlived it’s usefulness, its corrupt from the top down, a Political tool to go after Conservatives."

According to all I have read, the BATFE is worse.

That’s what mouthpieces get paid for - to be mouthpieces......even Lewinski ended up getting paid.....why should this mouthpiece be different than any other who will prostitute oneself for money?

Recusal was political miscalculation calculation, not legal.

Judgement will come in court, after a full judicial review of misuse of “intelligence” against American citizens. So far, McCabe has only been relieved of duty.

What’s interesting is it’s all about the rush to judgement. Doesn’t seem to take issue with the facts in evidence.

Obama politicized the DOJ and the FBI, as well as the IRS, all to the harm and detriment of the United States.

Obama was the worst and most venal president in U.S. history. The Rats wear the stain, and will forever be responsible for taking down the constitutional republic that was the United States of America.

Oh, how I despise the Rats.

It should make all federal government employees, who continue to work in an Administration that insults, debases, and abuses them, shudder in the knowledge that they could be next.

“The President and the DOJ are combating a liberal fascist crime syndicate. This leftist crime syndicate, a weaponized DOJ and FBI, put in place by the magic negro, is perpetrating a continuing coup attempt against a duly elected president of our United States.”

That’s a fact.

I have no problem with a lawyer requiring the government to prove its case, regardless of the heinousness of the charges. If we don’t then all it takes is someone to level a heinous charge against anyone to get rid of them.

That said, lawyers that know their clients are guilty of heinous crimes and lie andcheat to get them off or off light they should be disemboweled and fed their own intestines until they die

“My take away is the attorney strategy was to try and stall and buy time so that the retirement benefits would not lapse and probably assured his client that they would not act so swift. With an angry client, he is blaming Trump for his miscalculation.”

Exactly!

After months and months of everybody knowing about McCabe malfeasance! Sessions could have done his job and fired McCabe and a whole lot of swampers long ago.

I was listening to the Dan Bongino podcast this morning. He said his buddies at the FBI said McCabe was the day to day director while Comey was flying around giving speeches and spending time at his vacation home.

By not firing McCabe right away, McCabe was free to dig his hole a little deeper.

McCabe rushed to quit before he was fired once he realized he was in trouble.

The attorney is correct in one aspect: It does seem like a "rush to judgment" just to deny McCabe his pension. It's what he wants the media to focus on and you know, gosh darn they will - anything to make Trump look bad.

But reading the article at TCTH I was struck my one other thing: I did not see anything in the lawyer's statement resembling the standard "my client is innocent of all charges. Innocent!"

Interesting....

“The FBI has outlived it’s usefulness - - “

And may I add the Dept of Homeland (as in Nazi “Fatherland”)Security never should have been created. What amazes me is the ATF. Alcohol, tobacco and firearms are perfectly legal to own. The mere existence of such an agency suggests such things are illegal, as in DEA enforcing drug laws. Not to mention no infringement on 2A rights. Don’t get me going on the EPA and DEA.

Point is, over the last few decades much of our federal government has been weaponized against the very citizens they are intended to serve and protect.

The vast majority of “legal” voters know this, that’s why Trump is successful. If the next election is not interfered with, he will get a second term.

Please note that govt appointees serve at the pleasure of the President. Just as do officers of the uniformed services. They understand that going in.
