Those memos belong to the FBI/DOJ. If birthday boy didn’t turn them over to Sessions and kept them then he broke the law. If Mueller want’s them he has to subpoena them from the DOJ. If McCabe gave them to Mueller then they were gotten illegally.
It sounds like he and Director Comey were constructing paper trails of legends and alibis “just in case”.

We are a long way from Elliot Ness and Dragnet. State and FBI are now wings of the Democrat party. I honestly never thought I would see the day, but it is the reason I have always shouted we should not give law enforcement too much power. Nobody can police the police when they become the threat, so don’t give them enough power to become the threat in the first place.
