Whether he knew that Szrok (sp) was privately communicating with the FISA judge or not is beside the point that he didn’t have to hire Srok in the first place, and he did. And it happened on Mueller’s watch so he is responsible.
Worse, this article is all about trying to move Mueller aside in order to preserve the “investigation” (aka witch-hunt) that Mueller’s team has been conducting. The author does not make the appropriate call for the entire apparatus to be shut down; instead, he calls for Mueller (personally) to step aside so that his “team” can continue. That is totally the wrong approach, but I doubt that Mueller is interested in removing himself from the picture anyway.
