If you look at the Daily Mail article under one pic it states that the hotel denies she fell in the tub or on their property.

Drunk people fall down all the time. The bathtub story just makes it seems more normal because sometimes that happens.

My guess that her wrist was fractured when one of the men grabbed her arm to keep her from falling.

Something similar happened to my niece when she was a toddler. She was about to grab a very hot fondue pot and her father swiftly pulled on her arm to prevent her from doing so.

The hotel is denying any responsibility right out of the chute, as well they should be.

They probably will end up with some liability, but by coming out immediately and saying it wasn't their fault, they are trying to lessen that impact.

Any lawyer for the hotel would be able to point out Tub-O-Lard's numerous falls, "fainting" spells and injuries in any liability claim or lawsuit against the hotel and use that against the plaintiff, Hillary, and deflect the majority or all of the liability away from their client by proving she has a history of this kind of behavior.

But they're just doing what any smart business would do.

They saying it out loud for everyone to hear, "It wasn't us that did it!"
