So the California Dem is reading newspapers from 2014?

I heard about weaknesses in SCADA software, but that was about 20 years ago when I was still slightly involved with the computer programming biz.

Now it’s electrical turbines, eh?

Given that the article is FOUR YEARS OLD, I suspect that that particular problem has been solved.
