More importantly, the FBIs own, Office of Professional Responsibility, the FBI’s version of Internal Affairs, recommends that you be fired for, among other things, not being forthcoming-authorizing leaks-supervising the leaking of confidential information. And that is just what we know about. Bingo. The FBI's own finding recommended he be fired. McCabe can now appeal the decision, and so everyone knows, losing his entire pension is NOT yet been decided. If he does, McCabe can appeal within the DOJ, and then appeal Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB). But they are crappy agency. During the Obama reign of terror, Federal employees who were wrong appealed to them, and the MSPB rubber stamped whatever Obama wanted. Basically, they are useless bureaucrats. I would not put too much hope in them if I were McCabe.
Hmmmmm...Interesting. What do they care? It’s the governments money, right? The ENTIRE system is so corrupt that every single piece of it, needs to be taken down and rebuilt, if necessary or tossed on the trash heap of history.
I think what could, and should, be interesting is, if he’s investigated for, lying under oath and the leaking. A lot of places won’t let you retire, with your benefits, if you’re under any investigation for criminal conduct. Not sure if that’s the case with the FBI. That’s why we’ll often see people, whose name pop up in something, quickly file their paperwork before anything official happens, so they can take what they got before it’s taken from them.
So, now we’ll see if he’s willing to “burn down” the FBI, with tales of corruption, lies and dishonesty. What I find amazing is that since all of this has begun, more and more stories have come out about how corrupt the agency is, in normal investigations. If a police department were found to be doing the stuff they’ve done, it would be the FBI locking everyone up. The entire FISC/FISA process needs a very, very thorough audit and cleaning out. This is what they did to an elected candidate for President, who became the President of the United States. What have they done to Joe 6-Pack?
I know a few FBI folks. Before I would have gone to the grave saying that they were as honorable and upstanding as Superman. Now, I’m not so sure. That is one shady agency. And this isn’t something new. This has been going on for a while.
