School administrators in British Columbia are trying to fight racism by posting a series of white-shaming posters on school walls, in an effort to educate students on the evils of “white privilege.” The posters, based on a similar billboard campaign mounted last summer in Saskatoon, bear messages encouraging students to “confront racism” and to not “be blind to the invisible system I am a part of.” Caucasian people, the campaign suggests, even if not racists themselves, still benefit from “white privilege,” and thus apparently need to atone for the inherent injustice of race. “I have unfairly benefited from the colour of my skin,” declares Superintendent of Schools Teresa Downs in one poster. “White privilege is not acceptable.”

Well that sucks, Ms Downs, but I appreciate your honesty. Will you be stepping down from your post immediately, or are you giving your two weeks notice?
A lack of faith in God leads to this diluted thinking. I am what He created me to be. I will not apologize for what God has created.
Message for all the leftist lunatics: I’m a white man, not ashamed of it, very happy to be who I am and my “white privilege” only means I have worked 42 years so far to get where I am and have what I have. The government has given me nothing because of my “white privilege” and I want it to stay that way.
If only the U.S. could charge the rest of the world for the liberal insanity we export, we’d be ten times richer and everybody could retire. It would be our biggest export, by a country mile.

The tribes in Africa, the Amazon, the Yukon, the Great Steppe and everywhere else had tens of thousands of years to build superior civilizations. Why didn’t they? Why the HELL should white people apologize for having done it?
More importantly, if these school administrators are so damned ashamed of being white and being in charge, then why don’t they quit and personally name a minority successor? Let THEM walk the talk.

Okay, I admit it: I didn’t do a search.
The very least she could do is schedule a skin-transplant with the Canada Health Care System.
But you neglected to say that everybody bowed down to you while you were growing up, getting educated and working. Everything was handed to you while you laid back and put in a few sham hours per week at school and work. We all know how the system works. We were all born with silver spoons in our mouths.
They should all resign so trans women of color can have their jobs.
Ditto and amen to that.
