-- What comes first, the title or the URL? --

They are independent. I was citing the URL for the proposition that the title may have tracked the URL at some point, and that it wasn't the poster who changed the title when posting, rather the publisher changed the title later.

I jumped to conclusions when I read the actual title. I was wrong to assume the poster changed the title.

However, someone at the Examiner should have changed the URL to fit the title and the essence of the article.

Like many other posters, when I read the given title I was outraged to learn that Sessions decided to give McCabe a pass -— until I read the article with the true title and was flustered.
