I’ll let Feinstein shoot 100 rounds out of my 7mm any day she wants... I will shoot 100 rounds out of my AR. Then we will see who feels like they got kicked by a mule.

My uncle hit me with that BS a while ago. Saw one of my rifles...and decided that he’d take it apart.
Handed the bolt to a family member and said that he didn’t think that rifle should be there.
See, he LOVES going out shooting targets with his little 22 plinker. I love that too.

Early patents in the US showed firearms were considered “a machine for throwing balls”. No mention of the target.

If you will remember, back around 1989, an anti-AK-47 movement was spread by the news media.
To show how dangerous these rifles were a melon was shot. It merely poked holes in the melon.
So a melon was shot with a different firearm and an exploding bullet. Great blow up of the melon.
That night on the national news, we see an AK-47s fired, then a cut to an exploding melon. No mention a different firearm or bullet used.
A lot of the "news" has been fake for a long time now.

I finally got my wife to try shooting my AR-15. She tensed up, I told her to relax. “Why, that hardly kicks at all”, she said. I just smiled.
The mass density of an elk or deer is obviously greater than tgat of a human. Either that or the bullet loses most of its energy penetrating their leather hide.

Last I heard, there were 7 Concealed Carry Permits issued in San Francisco. Feinstein & her bodyguards have 6 of those permits.
