There is no way to validate vote with paper backup either. A vote must be physically attached to a voter in such a way that the voter qualification is verified at the time the vote is cast. We must rethink this whole secret ballot thing or continue to suffer voter fraud.
There is no foolproof system.
How about this: if we actually had our limited government, far fewer slimeballs would be inclined to game the system
