A classic sprain associated with another tumble. Her depth perception is non-existent. That was evident on the steps.
“Her depth perception is non-existent. That was evident on the steps.”
This reminds me of my 90 year old mother. She is blind in one eye and can see “OK” out of the other. She has real issues seeing in low light situations. We always have to hold onto her arm when walking in any unfamiliar places.
Correct and probably the result of a past stroke.
I am almost certain she has an artificial heart valve. She is a drinker and also on warfarin which is a no no if you drink to excess as she does. There are other drugs you can use for prevention of Deep Vein Thrombosis of which she has a past history. This new class of drugs does not react nearly as severely with warfarin. If we are just concerned about potential DVT there is no reason she should be on Warfarin instead of the new class of drugs. However, this new class of drugs DOES NOT have an indication for use with an artificial heart valve. That is why I think they did a valve job on Hillary when she was out of the public eye for a couple of months.
