Drudge has a big red headline saying House Republicans find no collusion. I thought there were both dems and Republicans on the committee.

An ABC radio new blurb said the committee Republicans were delivering the report to the committee Democrats. I wonder if this is SOP, sort of an intermediate step where they have dueling reports that get reconciled into a full committee report or something.
