HE will go to prison, the ILLEGAL ALIEN employees will go on welfare, food stamps and probably sue for millions EACH, because he unfairly exposed them to possible deportation and they will win.

Unfortunately, you're probably right. I'm all in favor of fining (and for repeat offenders imprisoning) employers who knowingly hire illegals. However, in the long run that won't accomplish much unless we also deport the illegals themselves.
