Why wouldn’t you start with the thugs on street corners and houses?
There’s no disagreement with who they are and what they’re doing.
Or are you trying to complicate the issue so that a bunch of infighting happens and nothing gets done?
Best to get to the root of the problem rather than only treat the symptom, wouldn’t you agree?
