US President Donald Trump is heading to California, a state at the forefront of resistance to his anti-immigration agenda, for what is almost certain to be a contentious trip.

Trump's first trip to California as president, on Tuesday, comes at a time of high tensions between his Republican administration and the Democratic-leaning most populous US state, especially on immigration issues.

I would say Trump faces more danger in going to California than going to North Korea.

Excellent idea. I’d pay to see US Marshals shoving those bastards in black SWAT vehicles.

Not much different from some FReepers calling for the murder of the entire populace of the state of California via NORK nuke or an earthquake.

So, in your opinion arresting lawbreakers is grounds for impeachment but imposition of martial law is not. You’ve got a funny way of looking at things!

Democrats love to be arrested. It’s a badge of honor.

I pity all the kids they've indoctrinated with this nonsense. They prime them to be activists and make a career out of it. One poor fellow I know has felony convictions from a dozen states. He can't get a regular job, can't get student loans, can't own a firearm, can't be a licensed contractor. He experienced extreme disillusionment and broke with the whole activist agitator thing a few years back and is now just trying to put his life back together. No help from the "community" for this guy, he was a "traitor" and they turned their backs on him. He says in retrospect he was brainwashed by his teachers and "organizers", it was like a cult.
