Sorry, but $6 million for the cartels is petty change — a minor cost of doing business.

We need THE WALL.

Agreed. 6 million...please. With the opioid epidemic growing by the minute....the cash has to be swelling as well. Where is the money?????? Show me the money!!!!!
We need more than the wall. President Trump is right. Death penalty for those bankers that facilitate the illegal drug business.

Check the news story. 22 lb fentanyl seized, which sounds significant. The alleged main money launderer charged and released on $25,000 bond. $25,000 sounds like the roundoff error in the cartel petty change account.

my first thought, too. $6 mill probably doesn’t even cover that cartel’s annual ammo bill ...

I think the term these days is Crumbs.

I guess the amount depends on time. Is it 6 Million per day, per hour? You would have something there. I don't believe they would have said 6 Million if they could have possibly under any scenario said 60 Million or 6 Billion.

Great post. It's good news and had to be lots of hard work.

But truth is other cartels will just pick up the slack and it won't take any time at all.Until the cartels are afraid to do business here drug importation will never stop.Demand will always be there. It's just a matter of how hard it is to get product to the customers and what are the costs.

Make it hard enough to distribute and expensive and you can slow it down and increase costs.Of course another drug will always be around the corner to take the place of whatever hard work to stop the criminals was done. Fear is all that will work and so far the bad guys don't appear to be too afraid.

That's as good as things will ever get.
