NO .. “not until a deal is reached” ...NOTHING should be given to them even AFTER they have totally disarmed. You’re setting up the premise that Kim can get something if he does this. He is the aggressor.
N. Korea has been run by bad actors for decades (think CIA).
Most of what we have been told about how the world is and who the good/bad guy are is total bull.
Looks like that is all going to change, God willing.
