FYI. There is more than one police department in Florida. There are also multiple sheriff’s departments. We are just chock full of counties down this way.

You are making false posts there is in Broward County 1 Sheriff its called BSO thats Broward Sheriffs Organization yes each city thats smart has there own Police Dept just like every state in the union. By Florida law each county has a Sheriffs office. When towns opt not to ave there own Police Dept they contract with the County sheriffs office for Police personnel and the BSO assigns usually assigns officers who were part of the local PD to that city...However Miramar is very different in that the mayor forced the Police Dept to downgrade several Capts down to Sgt so they would have quote,” Greater diversity “ unquote. To make matters worse the Chief of Police of North Miami Beach was hired as Dep Chief this is the same ex Chief that is the only Chief of Police to fail a state wide exam to certify there police force as a Police Dept...an there is lots more but not enough space here to list the craziness of a dept that used a rental building for 15 years claiming they were waiting for the Feds to pay for the Police Hq that had mounted a 30 foot antenna to the roof of a 3 floor building in the middle of a hurricane zone. Yep great thinking.....the list is monumental of the things that go on in a city that is 5-8 blocks North to South by 20 miles wide east to west......
