most ALL these serial murderers have one thing in common, They are all on psychotropic drugs and all are or have been under gub mint psych treatment.

You’re correct about the use of psych drugs, no coincidence in my view.
Way too many parents and schools suggest drugs for young people so they can put them in a corner and ignore their real problems. Then when something like this school shooting takes place everyone is putting the blame somewhere else.
