Touch. We’ve outlawed touch. Girls are expected to touch and hug each other. Gays also touch - girls and each other. Not guys. They can’t touch anyone. Well, they can touch their fathers, but a lot of boys don’t have them, or have a few of them and so have bonding issues.

Remember learning in class about the monkey who would cling to a ragdoll over food? The captioned article talks about the Harlow monkeys. Also:
“...due to stress and the absence of touch, and is also worried that “kids are getting more and more aggressive because there is less and less touch”.

“This is what I’m concerned about,” McGlone says. “If this evolutionary system is in any way disturbed or interrupted, brains are good at finding compensation. It could be drugs or alcohol ... If you remove a reward system, the brain will try to find some other way to get that reward.”...”

Very interesting. I do think our children (as well as ourselves, and the males more than anyone) are suffering from the imbalances of a high-tech, low-touch world.
