This issue threatens to follow the pattern of inaction and smoke-blowing that accompanied states passing legalization of federally proscribed drugs. When the federal government did nothing to stop the spate of pot laws, the states figured they could get away with anything. That the feds were paper tigers, all talk and no bite. They were right when it came to the dangerous drug legalizations, are they going to be right about sanctuary, and an end to borders?
