Move it as far north as possible. There is a Federal Court up by Redding, I think. Better yet, move it to a military court. Just because California opened up this dance, does not mean they get to de cide where the dance is held. What would Obama have done, if everything was reversed?

Don’t think a military court would fly. Redding sounds good, but the defense would likely ask for a change of venue to a more sympathetic part of the state. As for Obama, I’m truly grateful that I don’t have to worry about what he would do any more.
