“”””“How dare you!” he said, addressing Schaaf. “How dare you needlessly endanger the lives of our law enforcement officers to promote a radical, open borders agenda.”””””””

So stop wasting time filing useless lawsuits and go arrest the crook. That’s your job. You forgot their was work involved with the title, didn’t you?

Sessions is an inept POS. He is owned by the Clintons. Working hard to destroy America.

It was a great speech.

I would prefer he made a few arrests, in addition to the lawsuit he filed, but the speech was fantastic. Naturally, it will be hidden from the MSM’s reporting, except for perhaps a few quotes they can take out of context.

The last time a State refused a lawful Federal order, Washington DC ordered troops in to enforce the law.

It is time Kalifornia faces the same consequences.

I’d love to see these sanctuary city mayors and governor go to prison for life
They can get the death penalty or life in prison. Look at (B)(iv).
https://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/pkg/USCODE-2001-title8/html/USCODE-2001-title8-chap12.htm

§1324. Bringing in and harboring certain aliens
(a) Criminal penalties
(1)(A) Any person who—

(iii) knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation;

shall be punished as provided in subparagraph (B).
(B) A person who violates subparagraph (A) shall, for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs—
(i) in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(i) or (v)(I) or in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(ii), (iii), or (iv) in which the offense was done for the purpose of commercial advantage or private financial gain, be fined under title 18, imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both;

(ii) in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(ii), (iii), (iv), or (v)(II), be fined under title 18, imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both;

(iii) in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(i), (ii), (iii), (iv), or (v) during and in relation to which the person causes serious bodily injury (as defined in section 1365 of title 18) to, or places in jeopardy the life of, any person, be fined under title 18, imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both; and

(iv) in the case of a violation of subparagraph (A)(i), (ii), (iii), (iv), or (v) resulting in the death of any person, be punished by death or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, fined under title 18, or both.

Sessions is the real deal. Meanwhile, at FR we have real whiners....

Sessions is doing his job. The line about Gettysburg, and going to Sacramento to say so tells us everything we need to know.

Swamp on notice.

It was a fine speech, but I do not want to hear speeches from Magoo, I require clear and convincing action/results/arrests and JUSTICE TAKEN TO THOSE INVOLVED DURING THE 8 LONG YEARS OF THE OBAMA CRIME SYNDICATE.

I had to file CEQA documents at the Fresno County clerks office this morning. It was the same 45 minute wait I have gotten used to for the last two decades. What struck me sitting there and waiting to be called up by the clerk is that 100% of the people waiting and crowding the waiting room area were Mexican. They were all speaking Spanish and not English. The clerk receptionists were speaking to all of these folks in Spanish as well as the clerks themselves. For an entire hour the only person out of 75 or more people in that office that spoke English were me and the Hispanic clerk assistant. The City of Fresno has become Mexico. It is not the place where I was born because of illegal immigration. Sacramento is no longer in the Untied States either. It has become Mexico. How long before there is nobody in Fresno government and the state capital that can speak English? It is time to leave this radical state the Democrats have given away!
