I'll bet their drivers licenses list their home addresses as does their insurance (on Mommy and Daddy's).
The schools do not pay property taxes on college owned buildings so the students actually have no standing to vote in the district.
the voting rules did in fact jump out at me, too. Your post should become a national rallying cry. Do they vote twice? One at school town, one in hometown?
