“Tipsy or something” is right. Maybe it’s just lack of sleep due to being so angry, and he’s obviously that.
The two phone calls I’ve heard were bizarre. He has to know all this talk is getting him into hot water yet he’s doing it any way.
Guess we’ll see if he sticks to his guns and is a no-show.
