Washington (CNN)In a defiant CNN interview, former Trump campaign aide Sam Nunberg said Monday he refuses to comply with a grand jury subpoena in the Russia investigation. "Screw that," Nunberg told CNN's Gloria Borger. "Why do I have to go? Why? For what?" But Nunberg said that he is not refusing to comply in order to protect President Donald Trump. "No I'm not protecting him, but he didn't do anything," Nunberg said. "You know what he did? He won the election."

“In between his complaints, Nunberg revealed the extent of Mueller’s inquiries, which ranged from all communications he had with Trump’s former campaign manager, press secretary, and former foreign policy advisor Carter Page, who Nunberg said he considered a ‘moron.’”
‘They’ve already bankrupted people, Katy,’ Nunberg said to the MSNBC host who covered the campaign. ‘They’ve bankrupted other people with this. You know, [former White House press secretary Sean Spicer has big legal bills. [Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump press aide] Josh Raffel has big legal bills,’ he said.
‘I’m not a fan of Donald Trump, as you well know,’ he told host Katy Tur. ‘I’m not a fan of his. hH treated Roger and me very badly and he screwed us over during the campaign. But you know, here, when I get a subpoena like this, Roger’s right. It’s a witch hunt – I mean, Mr. Trump’s right, the president’s right. It’s a witch hunt,’ he said.

Did anyone hear of the second Christopher Steele dossier, claiming Russia told Trump not to hire Romney? It was reported as if it’s reliable fact, I think on that awful CBS radio news that runs during Rush’s show.
CNN played the phone call in its entirety a little while ago, and Jake Tapper just talked to him. Sounds like he’s talking to EVERYONE today.
He needs to shut up. He keeps saying, “Arrest me,” and that’s what they’re going to do.
He can be held in contempt and jailed until he complies.
Not only should Mueller have stopped his fishing expedition, he should be severely punished for his insane actions. There is largely enough of his baggage in the swamp (especially the fact that he has hired exclusively leftist fanatics) to retaliate against him... if Sessions wasn’t such a pile of excrement.
He’s going in on Friday.

Hang out in some Fed pen for a little while, eat half-way decent food, play some ping pong. Write letters to the editors from jail asking for JUSTICE and call yourself a POLITICAL PRISONER!
That’s what I would do. I would shove it in their faces. Loudly. I would encourage everyone on that list to do the same. After a while, Mueller will look like a dictator with no mandate or legal authority to hold people indefinitely for no provable reason.
By law you have to give a bond after 90 days anyway; or at least that is true for ACTUAL felonies. No clue about contempt.
He could go in and sit down and when they ask him to raise his hand to swear him in he should state that he is having a hard time - because he is so drunk.
Boom. Court is over for that day.
Keep that up for a while and then do a little contempt time. By the time you get back, the jury won’t know what to believe or do to you. Easy peasey.
