Yeah.
We get conditioned by novels and movies that these guys are super smart and have it all under control, even when it looks like they blew it. Heck, my wife and I are watching Suits on Amazon prime these days. It has exactly that formula. That’s why it’s fun.
But in the real world they’re not anywhere near that smart. In the real world, odds are that James Bond dies in his second or third fight or shoot out - if no this first one.
We live in the real world.

It's sort of refreshing to have something so fundamental as treason & espionage reduced to an either/or format.
As we all know, only time will tell. We will eventually discover whether this period was the most masterfully conceived & executed take-down of all time.
Or, we will find out that Trump was slapped down & neutralized the day the SC was appointed, and all the noise since then has just been filler while trying to avoid being impeached.
