Maybe they sampled the 40% who pay no taxes ...
You know, that’s a good point. What good does it do to poll a random sampling of people of which 40% pay nothing into the kitty? Seems like a more accurate poll would only include actual tax payers.
Of course, accuracy isn’t what they’re going for here...
