WH invites steel and aluminum workers - some with hardhats - to tariff signing event.

Pres says steel and aluminum is “vital to our national security - absolutely vital." "You don't have steel, you don’t have a country."

Pres announces he's "defending our nation" by placing tariffs on steel and aluminum imports. Steel made in US not affected, so he urges "buy American."
