Late-night host Jimmy Kimmel says he has no regrets about ripping President Donald Trump on a near-nightly basis even if it turns off countless conservative viewers. A lot of people are going with this line of reasoning where they say, people in show business shouldnt speak out about politics, Jimmy Kimmel told in an interview with ABC News Paula Faris on Tuesday. And yet they elected Donald Trump the president of the United States. So I think that argument has pretty well jumped out the window.
Most recently, the Live host has pushed political views like amnesty for illegal immigrants, gun control, and tax-payer subsidized healthcare all while skewering President Trump and his supporters.
I dont think you can go too far, Kimmel says of his politically charged rhetoric. Im still doing a comedy show and I need to be funny and entertain my audience, but I also think that weve matured enough
to the point where we can accept late-night talk show hosts speaking about a serious subject. And I think that its almost necessary now.

He might be joining Jennifer Lawrence on that farm of hers.
I see they still haven’t aged a bit mentally.
Now, they turned more people off their feed, but as far as making $ instead of entertaining, it seems to be a "smart" business decision.
I estimate that ALL of the gains are among liberal viewers, though.
BUT, there IS a hard ceiling for just how far left you can go.
For now, it looks like the liberals are buying what the liberal talk shows are selling so they are making hay while the sun shines.
I don't think it will work long term.
I don't know how others feel, but I will NEVER watch "The Unbreakable Jimmy Kimmel" again in this lifetime.
Presidents change, but being an insulting prick is forever.
At this point, it's really impossible not to laugh about Jimmy Kimmel falling feetfirst into a live wood chipper. Thanks davikkm.
Kmmel seems to forget about the group of morons he apparently associated with who helped elect Obama.
Oh really? I never thought of him as funny! I think God gave him a warning about bashing Trump, with that car accident. Some people had better realize ‘WHO’ put Trump in WH!
