My theory is that possibly the video was first being sent to a remote location. Being looked at- Possibly edited and then sent back to the school. This way edits could be done on the fly.
You have to wonder if Broward County PD will investigate this or if they were potentially even aware of this for a long time...
I think the consensus on Twitter is that this is so when the “minorities” acted up they could expunge evidence after the fact.
