I don’t know if it’s true or not, but I have read that the cameras were not on a delay. The police however were reviewing tape instead of watching live feed. I worked with CCTV (10 years ago so it was not digital) and I am just not understanding what this is all supposed to mean. I guess you could be watching a review and thinking it was live, but it seems weird to me. When you see footage of the parking lot and don’t see your own cruiser you just might think something ain’t quite right here.
