NONE of the Bill of Rights can be altered or amended via the Amendment process PERIOD.

The Bill of Rights are “Inalienable Rights” e.g. granted by Nature and Nature’s God. They can not be repealed ... ever.

They can only be ignored by a repressive government/dictatorship.

The first ten amendment can be altered via the amendment process. But, of course, the first ten amendments are NOT a “bill of rights” as they are so commonly wrongly called.

In America, our PRE-EXISTING rights - those spoken of in the Declaration of Independence - are not codified anywhere including the Constitution because they existed at our birth, given to us by God, not man. Our Life, Liberty, and Free Pursuits are not granted by man and his government and thus cannot be taken away by man and his government, However, man and his government can certainly VIOLATE those rights as is happening now with the unconstitutional 80% portion of the federal government.

Re-read the 2nd Amendment, and you’ll see it forbids the feds from INFRINGING on our pre-existing right to bear arms. Take away the 2nd Amendment and that right is still constitutionally protected. And even if they somehow passed an amendment to curtail your right to bear arms, your right still exists.

That may be what you are saying also, but I wanted to clarify the misuse and misunderstanding of the “Bill of Rights” thing which totalitarian regimes issue but not America.
