Some drunk yob recently beat up two police in London. In front of Buckingham palace. One cop was pointing a submachine gun and then kept yelling “armed police” while getting his a** kicked to the ground. I’d venture a guess they arent loaded in London...
In times square they have SWAT on standby and some stand outside with AR-15s. Ive seen them unload and swap magazines up close. They are 100% loaded. And nearby they have backup ARs and whole boxes of magazines ready to go.

London - no surprise. The thing is that they’re not fooling anyone. Half of their police force is Muslim (I would guess), and so the status of their guns is no big secret in the ‘sensitive areas’, where all terrorism originates from.
