There are 10 Democrat senators that are up for re-election in states that Trump claimed victory in during the 2016 election — he will potentially be able to counter out establishment Republican senators with small-government conservatives.

Yes, I realize that the farming culture really felt they got burned during the Great Depression and distrusted banks, and the associated Republican heads of such. This is Iowa's problem as well.

Maybe some forgetting history is a good thing if the association with banks is a deal killer for voting for sanity.
