It’s way past time for Jared to move on.

The president is 13 months into the job and the justification for interim advisors at this point is outweighed by legitimate nepotism concerns.

It’s not okay with many of us that somehow the boss is trying to make something out of his son-in-law. Let Jared go back to trying to make it on his own.

Drain the Swamp

In the mean while did Hillary ever sign her 2962? Was she even debriefed? I doubt it.

How is this line even relevant?

“Chief of Staff John Kelly last week ordered changes to how the White House manages security clearance investigations, after staffer Rob Porter continued to access top secret material even after claims of domestic abuse by two ex-wives were reported to the FBI.”

Apparently ‘claims of domestic abuse’ is the new Scarlet letter for society !

Which department handles the processing of security clearances?

IF the Deep State is dragging their feet intentionally, why is that the fault of these staffers who are trying to do their jobs?

Actually, Kelly has nothing to do with it.

In his role as Commander-in-Chief, the President has the authority to establish the standards for access to classified national security information. President Trump has the power to decide that even people who are ineligible for a security clearance may be given access to classified materials.

Two guys in my old office had the same thing on their police records. One guy told the FBI about his record and provided dates. The other kept his mouth shut and let the FBI find out what his police records were. Only one of them got clearance, the other lost his job.

Get rid of Jared now, especially before he can betray Israel with his pointless “peace plan.”

As a loyal President Trump fan from the day he announced, having Kushner and Ivanka around does not cause me to change on supporting the President; However! If Clinton had won (God forbid) and she had Chelsea and her hubby in the WH as advisors I would be livid. Keeping Kushner and Ivanka around is not a good plan at all.

How many remember that when co-presidents Bill and Hillary Clinton took over the White House in 1993 they basically said no to Secret Service background security checks for many in their new staff?

They knew many of the people they brought in had such radical histories that they would not pass the standard security checks.

This is well documented in many books although it has become more difficult to find straightforward articles about it on the internet.

Here is on article that gives the facts - sort of - but whitewashes the cause.

"Clinton White House Had Its Own Security Clearance backlog"

I was against Kushner’s influnce from the start.

I was wrong.

The entire sea change in the middle east is largely due to him, working quietly behind the scenes, and in concert with Hailey.

It is masterful.

What’s the big deal? Some/most of the people in the Clinton White House worked the entire 8 years without security clearances.
