By falsifying the attendance records, these schools got paid for daily attendance that DID NOT HAPPEN.
The Feds pay every school a daily tab for every student in attendance.
Look hard at the records of this school & see how much fraud they practiced.

This is why there is such anger and dischord at universities. I used to think that all the whining about racism and marginalization was nucking futz as do you really think racism is worse now than half a century ago? But if you really think about it, we have this giant semi literate group of “diverse” students that were socially promoted through high school but also praised with high esteem. They end up at these universities with free money showered upon them but end up in remedial classes and victim studies majors and they soon realize they cannot compete and everybody knows that they are a subclass that nobody takes seriously and everybody including them knows that they do not belong so friction is the predictable result. The question is is it simply for a bottomless pit of free money or is there even more nefarious reasons?
