This seems to be the preferred on air female voice pattern now , as I have noticed it being used by others.
PeRino is also from the CYA school.... never thinks that we know she and Karl Rove were in no small part responsible for GWB never defending himself against the Bush Lied / People died that in some part played right into MR. Cool being elected.
