If you want to understand Trump it is useful to keep in mind that he is not an ideological conservative. he is a pragmatist, and not beholden to ideological principles.

That’s laugh. The repukis in the senate are #resisting and #stalling Trump’s agenda. Romney will be just one more neverTrumper rino in that cesspool of treachery. Nearly every repubikan in the senate would vote for impeachment if Mueller gave them a legal fig leaf.
I am guessing your post is probably as close to the truth as anything. Like another poster said, if you’re going to fight battles, it is best to pick them.
