I don't understand this. Peter Thiel said the same thing. If they think the are going to find some bastion of conservatism down here, they are crazy. If they think they are going to get away from bums living on the streets down here, they are mistaken. Maybe, they can get some relief form real estate prices, but not much.

If you were going to the time & expense of packing up & moving, why not move out of the state?
