This is really despicable , I also read through the links included. This is all making me sick.
We have now opened a can of worms....good!
If this unethical practice of not arresting or disciplining the youth for crimes committed so they can get money is now exposed that would be GOOD.
People need to lose their jobs, get sued for everything they have, and possibly go to jail for this corruption that led to the death of 17 that we know of, may be more.
ALL for MONEY!!!
